Beta questions, answered.

How do I join the Android beta?

Tap the "Join Android beta" button at the top of this page on your Android phone. Google Play opens, asks you to confirm joining the closed test, and within a few minutes the app shows up in your Play Store search. Install it like a regular app.

I'm on iPhone — what do I do?

Pair Hunt is already in the Apple App Store. Open the App Store, search "Pair Hunt", install. No beta opt-in needed for iOS.

The Play Store says the app is not available — why?

Closed beta means access is gated by Google. After tapping "Join Android beta" it can take 5-15 minutes for the Play Store to refresh on your account. If you still don't see it after 15 minutes, sign out / sign in to the Play Store, or try a different browser tab.

Do I need to live in a specific city?

No. Pair Hunt works anywhere with GPS. That said, we're seeding daily hunts in a few cities first — list yours in the form to help us prioritize where to drop next.

What's expected of me as an Android beta tester?

Play the game like you normally would, then tell us what felt good and what didn't via the in-app feedback button or email support@pair-hunt.com. Occasional quick surveys. No weekly homework.

What happens to my data?

We store the info you submit here only to contact you about Pair Hunt updates. Read our privacy note. You can ask us to delete it anytime.
