You can delete your Pair Hunt account and associated gameplay data directly inside the app. This page explains what is deleted and how to request help.
If you use Pair Hunt as a guest, you can delete local guest data from the Profile screen by choosing Delete Guest Data. This removes local guest progress from that device.
Account deletion removes the Pair Hunt account and gameplay data associated with that account, including profile information, selected avatar, XP, collection progress, badges, saved progress, rankings, and account-linked gameplay records where deletion is technically possible.
Pair Hunt may retain aggregated or anonymized data that is no longer linked to your account, for example to understand app reliability, hunt availability, and overall game usage. We may also retain limited records when required for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or operational logs.
If you cannot access the app or need help deleting your account, email support@pair-hunt.com from the email address connected to your Pair Hunt sign-in when possible.
Include “Account deletion” in the subject and tell us which sign-in method you used. We may ask for information needed to verify that the account belongs to you before completing a deletion request.
Yes. After deletion, Pair Hunt returns you to a fresh guest state.
No. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
